Following feedback from advisory firms, we have delivered the improvements that matter most to help you plan for your clients’ futures and deliver an experience that helps to keep your clients better informed.




New capability now available on Wrap



New online client portal

Our new client portal helps you deliver a high quality experience for your clients, using the latest digital standards. You stay in control of access while clients have the reassurance they can self-serve high level plan information. This will be rolled out to firms in phases, take a look below for more information.

New client snapshot report

Our new client snapshot, found in the Performance tab, enables you to share a modern, easy to understand and engaging view of your clients' portfolio. It shows a simplified snapshot of the valuation, performance and money movements.



Introducing leading client authentication technology

Cyber security is a top priority with online fraud increasing. That’s why we’re partnering with leading access management firm, Okta, to deliver the latest authentication security for your clients when they login to their Wrap account.



New income and withdrawal reports

Our new MI reports found in the Client Base tab help you manage and support your clients taking an income, improving efficiency and oversight. The first report shows historical income and withdrawals over a specified date range and the second report shows all active regular pending payments.


The value of investments can go down as well as up, and may be worth less than originally invested.

Client portal launch

To ensure we can fully support your business with the launch of our client portal and secure authentication technology, we plan to roll it out to firms in phases from September. We'll be in touch with more details and support nearer the time.
