What happens next?


  1. Within 5 working days we will set up your Elevate platform account and send you the following to get started:

    An email to the named admin user with their username and the initial adviser's username
    A second email to the admin user with a link to set up their password
    An email to the initial adviser with a link to set up their password
  2. Once you have these emails, you can log in and start using the platform straight away. The admin user can then add other users from your firm
  3. In the meantime, you can look at our Getting Started with Elevate guide to help you get the most out of the platform
  4. We also have a help page in the platform itself which can guide you through the key processes and show you how to use more tools and find more support
